In this article, we'll walk you through Job Posts.

Recruitment is a highly competitive field, and our job posts are designed to help you expedite your time to market. We offer convenient options to notify the Oomple Network with just a click, and your job posts are automatically shared on Google Jobs and other job boards. This makes it incredibly efficient to find the perfect match for your job quickly.

In addition to attracting candidates to your request, posting jobs proactively cultivate the platform in the specific areas that interest you. We encourage applicants to create a profile when they apply, so they will be readily available for your future needs.

Let's take a look at how to grow your candidate pool and the Oomple Network with a job post. 



How to Post a Job 


Step 1: Navigate to the Job Posts tab on the Campaigns Detail page

Step 2:
Hit the + button under the Job Postings heading

Step 3:
Complete the form with details about the job opportunity and hit next.

Step 4: Review your posting and see how it will appear on the Oomple Job Board before hitting the Create button.

Step 5:
Decide if you would like to Add a Survey to help screen applicants or skip using the Does not apply option.

Step 6: Publish your job post

NOTE: There are two Publishing options for all job posts.
The information icon next to Ready to Publish now? will help you remember the difference between them.
