By leveraging this automated alert system, you can stay ahead in the competitive hiring landscape, ensuring that your team has access to the best possible candidates as soon as they become available on the Oomple platform.

How to Create Suggested Professional Notification

Step 1: Navigate to Tools > Wish Lists in the left navigation bar.

Step 2: From the Wish Lists page, click “Create” to make a new Wish List. 

Step 3: Once a New Wishlist is created, click “Manage Suggested Professional Notification” 

Step 4: Enter your candidate filtering criteria and hit save. 

You will receive an email notification twice a day with a recap of all the new candidates. The candidates who sign up and match your criteria will then be automatically added to your Wish List for your review.

NOTE: You will receive an email summarizing the candidates that match your Wish Lists as well as see them suggested in the Oomple app.
