By utilizing qualification surveys, you can efficiently assess candidates' compatibility with the job requirements, streamlining the hiring process and ensuring a better match between candidates and the positions you are hiring for.

How to Create a Survey
Step 1: Navigate to the Tools tab on the Oomple sidebar and click the Survey page.
NOTE: You can select surveys to use that you or your team has created in the past or you can create a brand new survey to add to the bank.
Step 2: Click the Create a Survey button and give your survey a name.
Step 3: Create your survey questions by choosing from two types: Role-Based questions, which are answered by validating the responses against the candidate’s profile; or Generic Questions that can be answered more broadly. Once you have selected, click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page.” - feel free to use it if you’d like.
Step 4: Create your questions for candidates to answer.
Step 5: Set the range of years of experience you are looking for.
Step 6: Score the value of each response. This will help pre-qualify candidates as they complete the survey.
Step 7: Review your questions or add “follow-up” questions to enhance the survey.
Step 8: Create follow-up surveys to better qualify candidates based on their scores from your original survey.
Step 9: Review and publish your survey!
Step 10: Send your newly created survey to candidates in a mass message through Oomple or copy the link and send it to external candidates.
