Navigate Campaigns Details Page

In this article, we'll walk you through the Campaigns Detail page.

The Campaigns Detail page serves as a centralized hub for various Recruiting activities. It provides a platform for performing efficient tasks with the help of automation, allowing you to concentrate on the most crucial aspects of your job.

How to Navigate to the Campaigns Details Page

Step 1: Click on a request from your Active Request page

How to Manage Candidates in Your Pipeline

From this view, you are armed with easy access to important details about the candidates in your pool.

Drag and drop makes it easy to update the status of a candidate as you review their details,  just like on the Active Request page.

Reviewing a Resume is easy by clicking on the document icon next to the individual's name.

Moving a candidate backward in your pipeline to Not Proceeding will prompt you to send them a rejection message. We have set up some common reasons and associated pre-formatted messages but all are editable and you can choose to send your own, custom message if preferred.

Want to send rejections in bulk? You can do so by sending a mass message.

Moving a candidate who applied forward in your pipeline will update them at a high level — they will automatically receive the following updates:

  • In review (if they are in the applicant column)
  • Candidate (if they are moved to submitted or interviews)
  • Closed (once the request has been closed)

We leave the in-between to you! Don't want to let them know they've been selected for an interview until you're ready to schedule it? That's no problem.

Note: If you added a candidate from the Consultant Search or a Wish list, they are not automatically notified of their stage in the process. They only know about their candidacy if you choose to contact them. Bulk messaging will, however, include them in your communications.
