Launching a campaign unlocks the power to source, recruit, and grow your candidate pool in one, centralized place. With the ability to easily handle your communications, track the progress of candidates in your process, and share your activities with your team, it simplifies the management of your candidate pool.

Creating a campaign not only allows you to source, recruit, and grow your candidate pool, but it also gives you the power to publish Job Posts and add candidates to Wish Lists for future opportunities.

How to Create a Campaign

Step 1: Navigate to the Campaigns tab in the left navigation bar.

Step 2: From the Active Campaigns page, you can create a new request simply by hitting the "Create" button in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Step 3: Complete the flow to launch your first request 🎉
